A university campus must offer an active environment suitable for student life. The Lecco area, thanks to its natural peculiarities, is a perfect venue for outdoor activities, which may not be possible to do somewhere else.

Sport supports individual development and represents a moment of aggregation, which is why the goal is for all students to practice it and to make it become a cornerstone of Campus Life.

Every year Politecnico di Milano organizes the Polimirun Winter powered by adidas Terrex, a 10 km trail run open to all, and some courses in the Lecco campus.

Polo Lecco has become a reference point and cultural interlocutor for the entire territory. The campus, a place open to the city, organizes and hosts cultural events (exhibitions, conferences, educational visits, etc..) which are highlighted in the events section of the home page.
